At A.P. Makers, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

At A.P. Makers, we set out to provide the highest quality product to our clients, and to treat all customers respectfully, fairly and respond to all questions and concerns in a reasonable amount of time. In return, A.P. Makers requests that customers and clients treat the company, employees and representatives in kind. We will not engage with anyone who does not return these courtesies, and will cease any and all communication with anyone who is rude, aggressive, demeaning or threatening toward the company.

A.P. Makers is proud to create all of its products from real wood. This means that there will inevitably be some variation in colour and grain, texture, and natural knots in the wood. We celebrate these variations as it means that your piece is truly unique. A.P. Makers will strive to give you the most consistency possible in the wood products, but we make no guarantee to the uniformity of the wood.

Further to the point made about the variations in real wood, sizes and dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of the product. A.P. Makers will strive to size their products exact, however tolerances of +/- 1" on cutting boards and +/-2" on furniture is to be expected. If an exact size is absolutely required, please contact us to inform us, and we will price this into our quotation.

For any customized product, A.P. Makers is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or other errors in the submission by the customer. We will make an effort to reach out to the customer if we notice something is incorrect in order to confirm, but the responsibility falls solely on the customer. Any changes to customization requested more than 48 hours after the order is placed cannot be guaranteed.

A.P. Makers reserve the right to refuse to customize any product that we consider to be offensive, derogatory, or in any other way inappropriate, at the sole discretion of A.P. Makers.

A.P. Makers reserves the right to accept or refuse any project from any client for any reason, at the sole discretion of A.P. Makers.

Standard products can be returned for a refund within 30 days in their original, unused state. Any signs of use or damage will void a refund request. Deposits are non-refundable, and are required before plans are completed, material is purchased and fabrication begins.
